Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information AAPro ("we", "us") processes when you use our website and Service, how we use it, and the rights you have. We take a data-minimal approach: we collect only what is needed to operate the Service.
What we collect
- Language preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) — it never leaves your device and is not personal data.
- We use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible/Umami) that set no cookies and collect no personally identifiable information.
- To deliver the Service we process the account and contact details you provide (such as your email or community handle) and your purchase and activation records.
How we use your information
We use your information to deliver activation keys and setup materials, operate your account and cloud-synced configuration, provide support, process payments through our provider, prevent abuse and fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card or payment-instrument details on our servers; that information is processed by the provider under its own privacy policy.
Sharing and disclosure
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as payment, email and analytics providers), and only as needed for them to perform their function, or where required by law. We do not share your data for third-party advertising.
International transfers and storage
Our infrastructure is hosted in Hong Kong, and your information may be processed there and in the locations of our service providers. Where you are in a region such as the EU/EEA, transfers are made on the basis of appropriate safeguards and the necessity of providing the Service you requested.
Data retention
We keep account, purchase and activation records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting and anti-fraud purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the EU GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us through the channel in the site footer. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
The Service is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18, or under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
We may update this Policy from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. For any privacy question or request, reach us through the contact channel listed in the site footer.
