Terms of Service

1. The service

AAPro is an independent input-automation tool for Counter-Strike 2 that operates at the hardware level by sending physical keyboard and mouse signals. It does not read or write game memory and does not inject into any game process. The Service includes the desktop application, your account, cloud-synced configuration and community support.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the laws of your country and with the rules of any platform or service you use it alongside.

3. Subscriptions, activation keys and billing

The Service is offered on subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, six-month and annual). Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider; your purchase is also subject to that provider's terms. After payment, your activation key (CDK) and setup materials are delivered by email or community channel, normally within 24 hours. A CDK is single-use and case-insensitive. You are responsible for keeping your CDK and account credentials secure; access obtained through your account is your responsibility.

4. Licence and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for the duration of your subscription. You agree not to resell, sublicense, share, rent, reverse-engineer, decompile or redistribute the Service or your CDK; not to circumvent activation, usage or rate limits; and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Each licence is for a single user.

5. No affiliation with Valve

AAPro is an independent third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation or Counter-Strike 2. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Use of third-party software with any game is at your own discretion and risk, and may be subject to the terms of service of those third parties.

6. Disclaimer and assumption of risk

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, performance result or account standing on any platform. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AAPro and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or access, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, or attempt to share, resell or tamper with a CDK. On termination, your licence ends and you must stop using the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the website or community channels. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
