Refund Policy
Last updated: 12 June 2026
AAPro is a digital product delivered as an activation key (CDK) and access to software. Because digital goods are made available immediately, this policy explains when a refund is and is not possible. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and refunds are also subject to that provider's terms.
Before your key is redeemed
If you have not yet redeemed your CDK or activated the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Because each key is single-use, we verify that it remains unredeemed before issuing the refund.
After your key is redeemed
Once a CDK has been redeemed or the Service activated, the digital product has been delivered and consumed, and the purchase is generally non-refundable — except where a refund is required by applicable law or where the Service is materially defective and we are unable to resolve the issue.
EU/EEA right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once supply has begun with your prior consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. By redeeming your CDK or activating the Service, you give that consent.
Defective service
If the Service does not work as described, contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly with setup support. If we cannot resolve a material defect within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund for the affected period.
What is not refundable
We do not refund for change of mind after activation, for failure to read setup instructions, for issues caused by misuse or by attempting to share or resell a key, or for outcomes on any third-party platform, since we cannot guarantee results on services outside our control.
How to request a refund
Send your request through the contact channel in the site footer, including your order reference and the reason. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing times.
